Refund policy

Returns & Replacements — Your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping cost to you. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect discovered after use, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can evaluate and arrange a replacement or refund. Returns for reasons other than defect/damage (e.g. change of mind) are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging, at the customer's expense for return shipping. A refund is issued once we receive and inspect the item.
